“We hired Clyde Brothers to help us with renovating a 100+ year old home that needed a lot of work. We had a vision of what we wanted, but still made a lot of changes along the way as we continued to revise our end goal. They did a great job of listening to our ideas while providing creative suggestions and useful ideas along the way to eventually turn our vision into a reality. Despite the unforeseen challenges that come with renovating an old home, they still finished the project on time and with the highest quality. The end result turned out better than we imagined. They were easy to work with, and we look forward to working with them again in the future!”

“Stephanie and Steve did such a great job. They took our ideas and added to them to create our perfect basement. Stephanie had great insight into what we would like and helped us make the right decisions. Her background is definitely an asset. Steve's expert craftsmanship really shows through throughout the basement. His ideas on how to make our dreams into walls, arches, rooms and fantastic spaces was perfect. They took the extra step to identify a pre-existing problem that required a structural engineer to eval our home and then they took the additional steps to implement the solution. I felt that many others would have missed the subtle signs that he and his crew found. Post remodel, we had them come out to rebuild our chimney that became leaky and they worked on the roof in the hottest day of the entire summer. The entire team at One Room at a Time, Inc was fabulous. They all work well together, were respectful of our privacy and our home and really took pride in their work. We have plans to have them continue with other remodel projects in our home to include a master bathroom remodel and an attic. We give them our highest recommendations and have recommended them to family and friends. We look forward to working with them in the future.”

“SCS Building & Remodeling was hired to remodel our kitchen some 10 years ago and did an amazing job. Due to the quality of Brent's work we referred to others who also hired him. This past year, we hired Brent and his crew to install new windows. The window labor came in under what Brent had bid so we showed him some drywall work that we needed done and 4 trips later the drywall was repaired at no additional cost. SCS Building & Remodeling is always our first choice when hiring work to be done in our home. Trustworthy, professional, honest, and friendly!!”

“We hired Bill Butler Builders to put in an egress window in the basement of our ranch home. He coordinated with the landscaper we hired (who he recommended) to re-grade our property to ensure water flow away from the home. He also was the general contractor with a plumber who installed drain tile and a sump pump for us. He was professional, respectful, and responsive. They did quality work. I have recommended him to others.”
