Auros Home Remodel

Fantastic job. They created, with their hands and all there talented work, a masterpiece bathroom. It went from downtown alley to upscale heaven. New full grown up shower and new flooring with an upgraded toilet for us seniors. Wow I will keep these guys Angel, Eddie and Michael for my next projects. I need to give them all Billion of stars great job we r so happy after 23 years we finally got our dream bathroom l. Thanks guys

My new kitchen is beautiful! (5 stars) It has much improved functionality too. It was so good to work with a company that cared so much about the end result and always treated us as a valued client. On the downside the project took a lot longer than promised. This was in part because of issues in their internal communication which was frustrating at times . Also it didn’t appear that they thoroughly checked the parts received before demoing our kitchen ie should have taken components out of the boxes and staged them in their warehouse to identify and resolve issues before demo. Overall pleased we went with Auros and love the end result

I was nervous to start a kitchen remodel project. I heard and read the horror stories about the experiences of others. I discovered Auros as a recommendation from the internet and had my first meeting with Georgi Tudoroiu, the designer, soon after receiving the recommendation. She took the time to talk about the company and the approach to a remodel. We looked at the website together to also gain more knowledge about the company. She had samples for every aspect of the kitchen remodel to pull together the look and she took initial measurements. This meeting produced visuals and a quote for the project. Georgi and Bob Schdenberger, the project manager, returned for a second meeting. Measurements and sample picks were finalized. These first two meetings set the tone for the entire project. I felt like the attention to details for the project put me at ease that I was working with a professional and knowledgeable team. The materials used for the project were abundant for the project and very high quality. Throughout the project there was constant communication with me whether it was with the office manager or project managers. The schedule was 2 1/2 weeks from start to finish. This was a big selling point during the initial meetings and the team didn't disappoint with the schedule. I also had flooring installed and there was great coordination between the kitchen remodel team and the flooring team. I'm so pleased I worked with Auros Home Remodel. The work was timely and professional. If I had questions during the project, the response time was quick. I highly recommend this company and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

I choose Auros home remodel for a kitchen remodel it was a great experience from the sales rep. Ramon o project manager Kraig K and team installer Chris M and Keawe was a great team effort. The process from design , ordering and installation was a smooth process. The result a beautiful kitchen I will use Auros home remodel again for my next project.

I just had my kitchen redone and it looks stunning! Everyone that we worked with throughout this project was helpful and professional. The installers were exceptional and treated our house like their own. We are so happy with our new kitchen and highly recommend!
