There were some issues, but I suppose there always are. Most mistakes were corrected and Brendan is a good guy.

Brendan did a great job on my remodel on Sullivans Island. He pays great attention to detail and takes pride in the finished product. He returned my calls promptly and was on time for all of our meetings. He has great knowledge and has assembled a strong team of sub contractors. I have already and will continue to recommend him to friends. Excellent and reliable contractor.

Brendan has done several projects for me and my wife over the past few years, and we have always been very happy with the results. He has helped us completely remodel a kitchen and our master bathroom, along with several other smaller projects. All of them turned out very well and Brendan made sure that every detail was finished correctly. No matter what the task is, Brendan is very professional and works with other quality people. His electrician, painter, and tilers have always been easy to work with and they excel at their crafts. I would highly recommend Brendan for any project.

Start to finish, BMD Construction was excellent. I absolutely love our new house. I was so totally appreciative of this construction company, I recommended them to our son. Now he and his wife are equally pleased with their new house. In every respect, BMD is superior. Brendan McDermott is the contractor who can be completely trusted. Our project was on time (actually early) and on budget. Brendan kept the construction site clean and kept the neighbors happy. Brendan is an unusual combination of can-do attitude, aesthetic gifts and high intelligence. After building our house, he gave me lots of ideas for colors, etc. He was available to me for advice about everything from lighting fixtures to marble. His subs are people he has used long-term. They are reliable, personable, respectful, experienced, and very skilled. After we moved in, Brendan had his painter return to the house to touch up nicks and scratches left by the movers. When there was an unexpected freeze the first winter, Brendan came to our house immediately to check for problems. Our project was major. We were tearing down the house we'd lived in for 35 years, and building the new house on the same site. I dreaded everything about the process, and worried about making mistakes. Unbelievable but true: Brendan made it interesting and fun.

Very happy with their work. Reasonable pricing and professional and really wonderful to work with. Prompt, showed up when they said they would and did a great job. Would recommend Brendan highly.

BMD Construction gets a 5 star rating from me. They helped us remodel our house and we found them to be extremely professional , tidy , on time, and helpful in every way. They delivered in all areas. I have been involved in several new builds and remodeling projects and I have never felt as satisfied about our final product as I have with BMD Construction. Brenden was a pleasure to work with and all his advice, employees, and sub contractors he chooses were true professionals. He was very respectful of our budget and was on target. He used his knowlege and exptertise to keep within our budget and on task. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

BMD Construction completely renovated a house that we had just bought that had not been updated since 1950. We did everything from wall demolition (all interior walls were concrete block) to bathroom x2 and kitchen renovation. Brendan was also responsible for a new metal roof, complete electrical rewiring and complete HVAC system replacement including all duct work. Brendan knows where to get the right people for the job at a very fare price without skimping on quality or schedule. From the laborers to the painters and drywallers, landscapers, patio people, driveway people, and the roofing guys to the genius that built our staircase, no words describe BMD Construction better than Best Quality. Brendan and I had an excellent relationship including communicating often enabling the project to stay on schedule and on budget. He is a great listener. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!!

I have used BMD for several renovation project as well as to build my own home. Very easy to work with and has excellent knowledge of the business. I would use them again in the future when the need arrises.

Brendan and his team built our custom home in the Charleston area from 2013-2014. His subs were great and very nice, everything was done in a timely manner, and he worked hard to keep our construction within budget while also preserving quality and beauty. He truly seemed to care about our satisfaction with our home. We always felt like we could trust him, and we will ask him for help in the future again when we need it!

BMD Construction provided me with "turnkey" service with a residential project and a commercial project. The range of professionalism, attention to detail, delivering a product that was satisfactory to my standards, and on time, is why I continue and will always use their services.
