Hired Bo to build an addition onto my house (a new kitchen) and create two new bathrooms (converting a small bedroom into a master suite and a downstairs coat closet into a powder room). Pros: very reasonable pricing (and stayed on budget), good attention to detail and fine craftsmanship throughout, very responsive to fixes after the job was complete (even outside the 1-year window). I lived in the house while the project was ongoing, and the people he brought in were courteous/respectful of my privacy. He was on site a fair amount and I always felt like I was in good hands. Cons: the job took longer than expected. Speed, price, quality--choose 2, right? Well, we had issues with the electrician and had to fire one in the middle of the job which led to delays. The next guy showed up sporadically which led to more delays. Overall: I'm very pleased with the outcome. The quality is there, and while I would've liked it sooner, I really like how everything turned out. On a personal level, Bo is a great guy and easy to work with. After the addition, I hired him again to build a deck for me (which was done on time, BTW), so I have worked with him again since the project. That's the ultimate endorsement I can give.
