Working with Irina and Care-Kter has been a dream come true! Everyone I know is always complaining about bad contractors scamming them or doing a horrible job on their home remodeling projects. But Care-alter is really a step above all the rest. They were super organized with planning our kitchen remodel, and worked quickly when it came time to actually build everything out. Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel

I don’t say this lightly but I will never go with another remodeling company. My mom is a bit older and we wanted to remodel her kitchen and bathroom to make it more accessible for her. Care-kter exceeded all expectations! They finished everything ahead of schedule and even helped us assemble some furniture for the big reveal! Nick was incredibly kind through the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure the specifications fit all my mother’s needs and wants. Remodeling can be so taxing but they made my family feel entirely stress-free about the whole process! Bonus points for being a family company!!

I can't say enough good words about this company, their work ethic, and customer service. When I called them on a weekend for an estimate they were professional and polite. Fast forward two weeks later they installed hardwood floors and fully remodeled our bathroom. Recommend!

Mark and his crews did a fantastic job of remodelling our master bath to be more ADA friendly. We had a roll-in shower, and an ADA accessible sink installed and they removed two walls to make the toilet more wheelchair accessible. The tile work was complex and completed beautifully. All work was performed as per the contract and on schedule. The crews were polite and made very little dust and debris which was disposed of in a timely manner. Mark is a great project manager and was very aware of each ongoing step. We could also see progress and crew scheduling on our personal online calendar. I highly recommend Care-kter for any type of remodel or repair. We had no problems.

The computer-based 3D design process made it very easy to envision what our new kitchen would look like. The step-by-step process they use is just how we like doing business. Wow, okay so being completely honest, I was initially skeptical of Carekter since I never heard of this company before, however they did a fantastic job with my kitchen.
