Mr Carr was hired to remodel my first floor he does act as a general contractor but he does not do a good job with the walk through for his subs. On many occasions we as the owners needed to point out the mistakes of his subs which appeared would have not been corrected had we not intervened. A project was started and not completed which left me to hire another contractor to finish apparently he was frustrated and discontinued contact with me

Carr Construction remodeled our kitchen and finished our basement. The project was completed in a timely manner....Tim Carr hired great subcontractors. the kitchen involved new sink, corian countertops, new subway tiled back splash and a buffet area that looks great! In addition, the kitchen dining area also got new wood floors. The basement was finished with a large entertainment area. It has a bar area including full sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and cabinetry, a 3/4 bathroom, a laundry/craft room and beautiful wood flooring throughout. We also had DriCore subflooring installed upon Tim's recommendation and have been very happy with that product. I cannot speak highly enough about the beauty of Tim's work and how easy he was to get along with.....even as changes were made along the way. he was always willing to adapt and discuss as the projects went along. Very professional and competent.
