CBH Building & Development is a family owned construction company that began in 2001. Its founder Brian Halblaub started out in the carpentry trade working in the residential market. As CBH was formed, there was a transition to the commercial market focusing on religious institutions, medical buildings, retail strip malls, restaurants & educational facilities. CBH has been extremely blessed over the last 10 years & has seen consistent growth each year. What began with 1 carpenter has now grown to as many as 56 tradesmen on staff. Our commitment has been to do 3 simple things well: show up on time , do what you say you will do & finish what you start. Although elementary in nature, these mantras are critical to executing the construction process successfully. We believe that these core values & those like “R cubed” -do the right thing, at the right time, for the right reason- helps our company build a truly competitive edge. CBH’s consistent commitment to service has gained a reputation with our clients that fosters & maintains long-term relationships. Over the years CBH has been able to establish a solid foundation using financial principles that govern our business practices without the encumbrances of debt, which positions our company well in these difficult times.
