A small time contractor that talks the talk but doesnt deliver the services you would expect for the premiums he seems to feel he is worth.... In other words, if you want mediocre work and wish to pay top prices this is your guy! I was intially impressed with the work he did on my guest house remodel. He did an exceptional job of creating the perfect red herring. All smoke and mirrors, blaming everyone else to make himself look good. Just like the quality of his work. It looked fantastic at first but that was all a facade as the structual quality was subpar, minimalistic and just didnt stand up to the test of time. Twice my framing and foundation has failed requiring major repairs to the structual damage done by this contractor. My remodel and addition like the contractor was all spit and shine on the exterior but no integrity on the inside.
