Mike Amon with Cherrywood construction remodeled our mudroom. We are a family of six and we needed this to be an organized and functional space. Mike built a mini pedestal for our washer and dryer which was finished with bead board to match the rest of the room. Above the units, Mike installed a custom countertop. The closet was fixed up with cubbies that double as a bench. Hooks for backpacks were also installed. Our family couldn't be happier with our new space. Mike was easy to work with, very knowledgeable and finished the job ahead of schedule. We highly recommend Cherrywood construction for your next project!

After trying unsuccessfully for 18 months to find someone to take on a difficult project (leakage around a door with several possible sources), Mike at Cherrywood Construction was recommended. His estimate visit was thorough and professional explaining several options to me. I decided to go for the most complete and labor intensive option as I wanted the problem solved and everything possible done to finally clear up the troublesome water problem. We ran into some further problems as Mike started deconstructing previous work and he also handled that in a timely fashion, discussing options with me before moving forward. I am very happy to report that my water problem was solved and I'm grateful to Mike for taking on this project that many others didn't want to deal with. I'm told water intrusion into a house can be difficult to diagnose and correct and that is why several other companies declined to take on the job. Every time there is a driving rain storm, I'm grateful again to Mike for his thorough work.
