Andrew and Kay Adams completely exceeded our expectations on our recent home remodel. Andrew brought a creative flare to our vision and made our dated home functional for our growing family. They were always present and available for any of our questions/concerns at any time of the day. Honest, reliable and trustworthy-something hard to find these days!

I've worked with Covington Signature Homes for almost a year and they have been one of my best clients. They are always very thorough and communication is always clear and concise. Being a small business owner I greatly appreciate their on time payments and consistency of expectations. Part of what I do is take photos of the finished product and they some of the most beautiful projects I've ever seen. I would give more stars if possible.

We have a house built in 1955. Repairs constantly presented challenges and the need to update. Great personal service. Listen to what your needs are, works within your budget, and makes recommendations to insure you get the final product you want. Keeps you informed of any delays or unexpected problems during construction. Kept us advised of any potential changes in estimate and always provided options. After a job like this there are usually little things that pop up upon completion. They readily addresses any concerns.

Andrew and Kay are by far the best contractors I have had the pleasure of working with. Pleasure is not a term I've used for many contractors, as the process is usually filled with angst and worry of knowing whether the job is being done right. I never lost a night's sleep worrying about the quality and fairness of the work being performed from Covington Signature Homes. Andrew and his team do wonderful work. I have had them build everything from and outdoor kitchen to commercial space. He has the knowledge and experience to recommend cost saving design ideas and innovations that move a project from good to great. He is one of the few builders I have worked with that have the ability to comprehend the big picture and execute all of the individual parts to bring a project to completion.

This is the second time I have used Covington. The first was after I bought my home from a "flipper" - there were so many things done poorly that I had to bring in Andrew. He and his crew spent hours uncovering and fixing shotty work. This time, although he was in the middle of many other projects, he responded to our plea for help after the flood. Their crews are efficient and well supervised - we are actually back in our house with only a few minor cosmetic touch ups left. I have watched them run themselves ragged, saying repeatedly "We're just trying to get everybody back in their homes as soon as we can". I believe that they really care about the people that have been affected by the flood and are out of their homes. They have also done excellent work for several family members and friends - I don't think we would consider calling anyone else!

On time, on budget, and clear and continuous communication -- this is the kind of service you wouldn't dream possible.

We hired CSH to repair work done by a previous contractor and for new remodeling. We had a fantastic experience which restored our faith in the construction industry. CSH helped us design for our needs so that we saved architect fees, they scheduled, monitored and supervised all the subs and they made sure all work was done in accordance with our high expectations at a fair price. We are extremely happy with the work done by CSH and we have referred them to many friends.

We first met Andrew 12 years ago. He did a total redo of our house. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and Andrew's attention to every detail. We had some minor changes during the execution of the project and Andrew was very accommodating at all times.He got us everything we wanted and kept us within our budget. Andrew is now helping us with restoration after our house flooded during Harvey. He has been of great help during this stressful time. I am at ease because I know my house is in good hands. We have renovated our house one room at a time as we could afford it, so we have done some work ourselves, and hired several different contractors. Convington Signature homes is by far the best we have worked with. They started the project when they said they would, and stayed on project the entire time. None of this disappearing for 2 months, and then doing something for a week, and then coming back. Someone was at the house daily, sometimes even nights and Sundays until the work was finished. Our project was done in under the time estimated, even though when walls were torn down we found more damage than expected. Our project did come in over budget. However, that was due to the extra damage that was found and we made several changes along the way, and were informed right there it was going to cost more, and an estimate of what that was going to be. I have recommended Andy to several friends, and will continue to suggest Covington to others.

I hired Andrew Adams to help me add on a second story to my home. He was very professional and true to his word. He told us the project would take 6-9 months and he was on target. He and his wife helped us with all the finishing touches. We did not spend time with the finishing touches because we did not want to deal with it. We love our new home and have had many compliments on it. I would use them again. Andrew was always on sight and that helped the project move along and he inspected the work that was being done on a daily basis.
