In 2010, my wife and I were in the process of purchasing an REO/Bank owned property. However, in order for us to get FHA financing, the home required some renovations in order to pass FHA inspections. With special permission, the bank agreed to allow Anchor Building Corp to perform the necessary work. I contacted Scott with a laundry list of all the necessary repairs and upgrades the home required in order to pass our inspection. Scott was very knowledgeable and his expertise saved us a lot of time and money. And best part of all, we passed our inspection, got our financing, and were able to move into our new home. Scott and the crew did fantastic work on my projects! I had siding, roofing, a deck, and addition just to name a few of the projects Anchor has done for me and it was fabulous! They are true professionals. There was no guess work for me everything about the projects were communicated throughout the process, including photos as things progressed, which is very important as I was not in the area when the work was being done. They met and exceeded all qoals and deadlines. The work was done right the first time and there was no headaches for me. I highly recommend Anchor Building for all construction needs!

Demo existing garage and build new garage with attic storage. Construction work done as promised and on time at agreed upon price. Matched siding and roof perfectly to house. Contractor suggested attic storage - worked out great! Would recommend his work.

Anchor built a garage for me. Tore down and disposed of the old one. It seems very well built, with good construction and high-quality materials. One the most important services provided was helping design the garage. The other two bidders didn't do this at all. Anchor provided excellent suggestions for maximizing the space and position of the garage - things I hadn't thought of. Instead of a long, low garage that I had in mind, they suggested a taller garage with a smaller footprint and storage trusses. I'm very happy with this decision. They took care of everything, permits, surveying, etc. and were on-budget. I now have the nicest garage in my neighborhood!
