What a great company and sales team. David (Sensitive Information Hidden) helped me through the entire process. He answered all my questions, made great recommendations, and was great about following up in no pressure kind of way. The way the company quotes the bid and then allows you track progress online was by far the best setup out of all the remodeling companies I contacted.

From the beginning to the end, this process was made easy for me thanks to the professionalism of this company. David was very open and communicative throughout the entire way and consistently followed up week after week. I would definitely recommend this team and their product as I was very happy with the cabinets I received from their business! Highly recommend.

As a former litigation attorney with construction experience I inherently distrust contractors. Freccia Group changed everything I had thought about the industry. From the beginning, the professionalism is unrivaled. Everyone that I interacted with was polite, not just to me, but also to my wife, children and even my dogs. When the original quote was made they walked through each step, took time to make sure they understood what we wanted and let us know how it would be completed. If what we wanted could not be done (load bearing beams, etc), they explained it without talking down to us. Once work began, of course were some hiccups with subcontractors, but NEVER did Freccia pass the blame nor did they try to indicate, that is just how it is done. They made sure it met our approval, sometimes going even above what we thought was acceptable to get it perfect. Freccia understood that this was not a "job" to us, it was our home and where we lived. They demonstrated understanding of this by communicating timeframes and Waldermere even came late in the afternoon from another job to make sure that we could get laundry done. They understood that there is a human component to home remodeling that does not exist in other types of building and construction. When you are getting quotes, Freccia probably will not be the lowest. But to paraphrase John Wooden, if you can't afford to do it right, can you afford to do it again? My home is the most important asset that I have, and Freccia understood that. My family now has the home of our dreams thanks to Freccia. Rebecca and Waldermere are honest, hardworking people that came to us as contractors but I now consider advisors and friends. My only complaint is that they appear to be Astros fans, but that I can live with. In short, take if from someone who has worked many lawsuits concerning general contractors and home remodeling, if you hesitate to hire Freccia for your project you will most likely regret that decision.

My wife and I decided to pull the trigger on beginning our kitchen remodel this year. This was a pretty big undertaking for us and we most certainly wanted a company that was a good fit for us. Because of our great experiences with Houzz over the years, we utilized them to aid us in our search for such a company. Freccia Group was recommended to us and our experience with them was great. The photos of their completed projects of course were impressive, but what we were most pleased with was their staff. David's accessibility paired with his knowledge and experience with such projects was a dream for us and gave us every indication that working with Freccia would be a pleasant experience from demolition to final presentation. If you are looking for a honest, respectful, excellent craftsmanship and design then look no further than Freccia Group. We recently used Freccia to remodel 2 bathrooms (Guest/Master), and frame out a 10’ opening in our master bedroom to allow for a new sliding door install. Both bathrooms came out marvelously and something you would see in a designer magazine. Waldemar was our General Contractor and he did an excellent job in communicating everyday on job scope and issues that came up during construction. Speaking of issues, not all remodels go to as plan but Waldemar made sure no matter what that his customer was satisfied and would not leave us unhappy. I highly recommend Freccia Group for you next remodel and if selected you are in very good hands.

I have been looking for a vendor to do drywall work for the past 6 months, A guy came through the line at one of my restaraunts and I asked him what he did for a living, he told me he worked for a construction company. I told him I needed some work done and he said "Show me." I showed him the things I needed, he said he would get back to me with an estimate by the next day, the estimate came the same afternoon!! After accepting the estimate I asked when they could start, he asked when did I want to start, It was a Friday, I asked what was the soonest they could start, he asked if Monday was ok. I was stunned!! Monday came and his guys were there on time, they did a major drywall repair and it was finished and repainted Tuesday morning, I am beyond impressed and will continue to use the Freccia Group in the future.
