French design and contracting

avoid this contractor! I hired him for a small renovation that was supposed to last a month, it was not completed after 7 months, so I had to fire him and ask for my money back, which I'm still waiting for... the guy never replies to your emails, sms or phone calls. the only time I was able to talk to him was when I asked the super of my building to forbid his workers from entering unless he called me back... this guy obviously hires very cheap and unexperienced workers and do not supervise them, ending in a very poor result : doors painted only on one side, different colors painted on the same wall, etc. all my furniture is damaged, as it was not protected during painting! and all the painting was done first, before any construction work, so obviously I need to have everything painted once again!!!... clever, right? so I had to ask him to stop and hired a new contractor. I also gave him money to buy appliances and plumbing supplies, which were never ordered... my advice: look for anybody else but this guy!
