I’m writing a review for Gainesville Construction (Bruce Cinibulk) in Virginia. We live in Woodbridge, Virginia and hired Gainesville Construction to renovate our upstairs, downstairs and adding a two-story addition and new deck. For the upstairs they were knocking down a wall for open concept, putting in hardwood floors, building an island etc.). They did a beautiful job and were done in approximately two weeks. They worked on the house while we were on vacation and we had no concerns about them being in the house while we were gone. Bruce’s workers are very professional, courteous and clean. When we were there during renovation, they left the house each day in workable order and as put together as possible. They began our downstairs in November and finished the week of Christmas. They completely finished an unfinished laundry room, moving pipes and built a new full bath (where there currently was none), took down paneling and put up new dry wall, painted etc. We feel like we have a new house (well, basically we do!). The addition will begin in April ’16 and I can’t wait to see how it turns out. Bruce worked within our budget as best as he possibly could and provided ideas that worked beautifully on items that were way out of our range. His crew remained the same throughout so it’s not like you have different people in your house each time. I would recommend them for any job you need. They do residential as well as commercial.
