Since completion, there has not been a single problem, and we live in a home we enjoy because of the top-quality, beautiful work they performed from the ceiling down to the floor and everything in between. This was my first experience with remodeling and I must say that Mario made it a great experience. My master bathroom was completely redone, a pergola was added to my patio, and a few other minor changes made. I was very comfortable with Mario and his professionals did a great job. I am 100% happy with the results. I will recommend Grand Installations to anyone who has a need for remodeling.

My wife and I had big plans for some major changes to our home, so we hired Grand Installations on a neighbor's referral. The project was quite large. We added a second story over our garage and dining room including a small bath with a shower. We removed a wall to open up the living area and kitchen and re-modeled the kitchen and utility room. We built a roof over the back porch and installed new windows and doors throughout the house. We also did some updating with paint, mill-work and wallpaper. Mario, the owner of Grand Installations was attentive and patient with us as we changed our minds several times throughout the process. Although we were very difficult customers, Mario maintained a professional approach and made our dream home a reality. The workmanship was high quality and affordable. We did a sizeable remodel project with this company in the summer of 2018. Initially we were pleased with the responsiveness, the quote, including the committed schedule and the initial work. As with most projects such as this, the scope changed throughout. We had items we canceled, which we never received a credit for in the final billing and we had items we added, which had disproportionately high billing - much higher rates than the original quote, which would naturally be unexpected. So unfortunately, in the end, we were surprised and disappointed with the bill. We asked for a reconciliation showing the credits and that request was IGNORED by the owner. Additionally, the quality of work degraded over the course of the project, which took longer than committed. We were very disappointed with our electrical work which had to be redone multiple times to get it right. Our 3rd bathroom, had to be reworked twice, causing significant delay. The owner NEVER came to our home to personally view the poor workmanship, delegating that to others. At least one of our purchased plumbing items was mistakenly thrown away resulting in higher cost and suboptimal look as we could not repurchase that individual item which originally came in a bundle. The wrong granite slab was installed, which we just accepted in our utility room. Some of the work was well done, yet getting to acceptable and complete for the entire project was long and painful and ultimately we felt taken advantage of. We would not recommend this company.

Mr. Del Puerto is very professional and hires good people to do the work. Every issue was addressed and treated as important. We are very pleased with our top notch bathroom remodel!

These contractors did an excellent each time I hired them. They were on time and courteous and professional. I would definitely hire them again if I had a home improvement project!

We were referred to Grand Installations after looking for a company for a couple of weeks. Our friends told us that Mario and his team were the best...and I have to agree. We felt at ease having all associates with Grand Installations in our home. They took extreme care with our home and worked above and beyond in order to ensure the job was done correctly the first time. I would highly recommend them for any job that is being considered.

Mario and his team performed a wonderful complete bathroom remodel for us, which included: 1. demo of the existing tub/shower/tile, then installation of new tub/tile/glass door/hardware 2. new toilet 3. new hardware for both sinks 4. remove old wallpaper, then paint the walls 5. new flooring 6. replace exhaust fan with new fan and light 7. replace all misc hardware (towel racks, etc.) They also repaired damage to drywall in two other rooms (laundry and kitchen), then painted that and the connecting hallway. All the hard work made a dramatic improvement. Mario is professional and trustworthy. I would highly recommend his services.
