Hired Graves Brothers to repair water damage in my kitchen. I should have gotten the clue from them being slow at providing their quote. Eventually got it after going to the office twice. Contract was for the work to be completed on May 29 and was not stated until June 12. The first day of work was fine and quality work was provided. If only the work pace and quality could have continued. It was a classic contractor scheme of starting a job fine and then not following through to completion. My wife and I had to called them to complain daily to get anybody to show up to continue the work and part of the scope of work the crew did not want to execute, which will lead to some discussion on the remainder portion of the job payment. Even talked to the owner requesting a firm schedule for completing the three remaining operations for the job. After 6 hours, I have not heard a beep from them. Will have to visit the office again to complain tomorrow morning. Bottom line, a three to four day job will end up being stretched over two to three weeks and it started three weeks late.

Graves Bros provided an excellent contractor to replace a concrete porch that had sloped due to improper footings when built. The job was more labor intensive than initially estimated, but Graves honored the quote given.

Graves Brother's did an excellent job on my vinyl siding. They were ahead of schedule on everything (fit my project in a month early because of a change in another customers schedule, finished project ahead of time), the cost was in line with other estimates received, the workers were professional, and the result was beautiful. I have received a ton of compliments from neighbors walking by who have noticed the improvement to the appearance of my house.

We worked with Graves on a variety of projects (pot lights, windows, gutters, fascia) and were satisfied with the service. The jobs were completed fairly quickly/on target, with the exception of the gutters. When we did have issues with the timelines, we were pleased with the resolution provided by Graves. I have recommended them to others.

Graves is our " go to" company for home improvement. We trust them for their honesty & hard work ethic. They are very friendly & do the work required in a timely & professional way. We would recommend them highly without reservation.
