He has the ability to design, construct, and complete any aspect of building and/or remodeling homes. He starts a job, and finishes it in an extremely timely manner. Igor Imerlishville, the owner, has a great aesthetic sense and a great eye for detail. He is a one stop shop for anything and everything one can think of in a basement, from plumbing to electrical to flooring to bar to bathrooms to painting to surround sound system. He is extremely professional and flexible. I was very impressed with his design layout. He exceeded our expectations and delivered more than he promised. I would highly recommend him.
