As a Kitchen & Bath designer, the entire Gerbus team is great to work with ! I love seeing the thought and care that goes into each project with the homeowners being the most important part ! I am thrilled to be a part of so many beautiful projects !

I first reached out to Alan Gerbus on December 2nd, 2021. As of tomorrow, we have been in our new home for 8 weeks. Alan was one of of the many builders I contacted. Over the past two years he and his employees have helped us find a lot, design and build our home. There have been ups and downs, but the one constant was the fact that Gerbus cares about their clients, and about building amazing homes. Every single step of the way we were treated like we were valued. Whenever anything unexpected came up, there was Alan with a smile and an answer. Gerbus always took the high road, and did what was right. After 2 years of this crazy process I would gladly go through it all again - but only with Gerbus. But how to be sure yourself? Simple - ask any subcontractor that works with them. They will have nothing but praise because they are treated right by Gerbus. Gerbus is respected - and that is the ideal situation if you want a well built home. I would love to balance this review by listing negatives, but honestly I've yet to find them. Yes, not every contractor was a good choice (especially those I hired against the advice of Gerbus) but Gerbus made it right every single time. We now consider these people friends of the family. The entire team (specifically Alan, Nate, Nick, Phil, Shelley and more!) has our thanks, and an open invitation to dinner!

We could not be happier with our choice of Homes By Gerbus to build our "jewelry box" .... downsized and upgraded! Everything was done with quality in mind, and this home will see many family gatherings, and quiet nights for 2 on the back porch. This was the FIRST home we have built, and we plan on it being the LAST. You cant beat perfect!

It is hard to find another family run business that mets the same standards as Gerbus. They have incredible values across all aspects of their company. Alan is an extremely knowledgable builder.

We worked with Alan Gerbus to build our home last year. He was incredible to work with. Start to finish he was very detail oriented. From design to production he consistently made sure that what we were doing lived up to our design goals. His subcontractors universally loved him and raved about how great he was. You always hear stories about building a custom home and how you need to be on top of your general contractor. We found that anything we noticed during the build, not only had Alan already seen it, but he usually had already taken steps to correct the issue. Quality was key for him. He didn't think the footers were deep enough so he ripped them out and had them re-poured. The first sub doing our stone work was not doing a good job so he fired them and got someone new and he made them redo the work already done. During design phase, several times he contacted us as he did not feel the design was what we were looking for and he worked and tweaked things to get it where it needed to be. We could not have asked for a better builder or better build experience!
