We hired them for a bathroom remodel. The project began on 5/23/23, and on 8/11/23, we had to terminate our contract and find another contractor to complete the job. At this point, the project is only about 50% complete, and what is complete is not built correctly. We have had several contractors come out to look at the project, and all three pointed out the exact same areas that were done incorrectly. We have been billed for 70% of the labor and paid for 100% of the supplies. Hiring a new contractor is going to cost us an additional $15,000 to correct the mistakes and finish the project. I do not normally write bad reviews, but in this instance I felt like not saying something could cause someone else to have this same expensive, frustrating experience.

I hired James and his team at Immaculate after meeting with a half dozen contractors for my major deck remodel. I chose James because of his hands on style, creative ideas and commitment to customer service. He was attentive, provided sensible concepts and alternatives, and followed through (a rarity in construction). He was not the cheapest on paper, but he was the most economical when you factor in changes that often need to be made on the fly, usually resulting in additional charges - something that did not happen with him. He stuck to his estimate despite changes and did so without any drama. He's easy to communicate with, genuinely takes pride in his work, and takes care to ensure the disruption to your daily life is kept to a minimum. Further, he's a good guy. I highly recommend him.

Love love love our new master bathroom and bedroom. Top quality work. Our addition was challenging but they made it look easy. They use subcontractors for some of the steps and they are excellent as well. The guys are easy to work with and I felt very comfortable having them in our home. As with any construction project it costs more than you’d think but it was worth it. Love the size window they put in the 5x8 shower, the insets for towels and decorations, all the tile work, the storage closets, how they incorporated the exposed fireplace chimney, and the ship lap. They have such quality cuts, they don’t need to hide the ends with trim. Just beautiful!
