Alex was really great to work with as a contractor. He came to our condo to assess the scope of our bathroom renovations within days of me requesting quotes on Houzz. He provided a scope of work and quote the following week. We started the process by meeting him at Studio 41 to select our vanity, fixtures, tile, sink, etc. on a Saturday morning and when we couldn't find the tile we wanted for the shower floor there he took us to another place. Still unsuccessful, he found what we wanted online and texted me the details. Alex's crew was very reliable, friendly, and good with our cats (who were right in the middle of everything). There were a few items installed that I wasn't pleased with but when I reported them to Alex they are fixed to my satisfaction the very next day, including reinstalling 100% of the tiles on my primary bath floor! There were a few hiccups along the way but Alex and his team took them in stride, always with a positive outlook. Subsequent to the completion of the renovations, I've texted Alex about other issues I've had in the house (broken dishwasher, kitchen sink faucet replacement) and he's continued to be responsive and timely in bringing his crew to the rescue. Alex is FANTASTIC to work with! Unlike many contractors, he's responsible, answers his phone and does what he says he will do! He worked with my interior designer and she absolutely loves him. Complete remodel of my kitchen, dining, living rooms, one bedroom and guest bath. Thrilled with the results. He was dedicated, honest and helpful through the entire process. Would highly recommend and would use again. Oh, and bonus: when other vendors came in, like the closet folks and electricians: he expertly project managed them and always took care of MY best interests. Really awesome job!

Alex and his team worked with us through the nuttiness of the pandemic and delivered an absolutely beautiful kitchen in our Chicago condominium.

Alex and team dug out a fully unfinished basement that was dead space and helped me create a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment that my tenants are loving. While I did the design the execution was awesome and I am super happy with the end product.

Alex and his crew are professional, attentive to detail, highly skilled, neat and tidy, and the work they did for us is both top notch and reasonably priced. The recent project they completed for us includes extensive painting, removing carpet in several rooms and replacing it with vinyl flooring, fixing plumbing issues, adding light fixtures, building a new wall and adding a door, repairing windows, installing wallpaper, and several other small repairs. All this was done on time and went off without a hitch. We feel lucky to have found Innovation Construction. Our experience with them was the best!!!!

Minutes into meeting Alex, I knew I was going with him. It was clear that he had my best interest in mind. He provided great advice on what I should do with my project and even took time out of his busy day to shop for materials with me. Innovation Complete Construction did an espectacular job remodeling my master bathroom and kitchen. The guys were very profesional , polite and extremely clean. husband and i would come home to not a single piece of dust garbage whatsoever. My family and i HIGHLY recommend them!

The team at Innovation transformed my kitchen into a beautiful, functional space! They have incredible knowledge with the unique challenges of hi-rise buildings. I have a galley kitchen and wanted something unique that didn't overwhelm the small area. The finished product seamlessly integrates interesting, imaginative style with classic elements. All of this while the city entered lockdown due to COVID, to which the Innovation team quickly adapted and responded to get the project back on track. I'm thrilled with the end result!

I highly recommend Innovation Complete Construction. Alex and his crew were on schedule, incredibly professional, on budget and did fantastic work. My project was a demo and repair of my master bathroom shower floor and then retiling of the repair area. They also replaced some broken tiles and resealed both showers in my home and did drywall patch, repair and painting in a separate room. Alex even came back for a minor touch up without charge. I am a very particular person and they went beyond my high expectations. Thanks again for helping me out with the repairs!

Innovation Complete Construction has done 6 projects on our home. We purchased an old row home that needs updating and has deferred maintenance issues. Past projects include remodeling two bathrooms, small roof replacement, built in floating shelves next to a fireplace, and sanding/finishing hardwood floors. The most recent project is a complete overhaul of our basement. This included digging down the floor about 14 inches and pouring a new concreate floor. This created approximately 10 extra inches of head space. They replaced the plumbing and added a new full bathroom. We relocated and replaced the old HVAC unit. Lastly, we replaced all the old windows and finished off the space with insulation and dry wall throughout the whole basement. This is the largest project Innovation has completed on our home. It addressed 5 deferred maintenance issues, created new living space, and made our home more energy efficient. Overall, the project took about 3.5 months to complete. Due to timing, there are a few outstanding items that will be completed in early 2020 with final completion in the spring. The project is on budget with no change orders due to unforeseen issues. The GC (Alex) is very responsive and always willing to answer questions. At the beginning of the project (bidding), Alex is very involved in getting an understanding of the project’s scope, offering insight on solutions, and working to get the project within the desired budget. Once that is complete, he is very active in helping to pick out and order project fixtures. The craftmanship is high quality. Alex is always around to make sure various stages of the project are done correctly and to a high standard.

My family and I highly recommend Alex and his team at Innovation Complete Construction- they were so easy to work with and communicated well before, during and after the project was completed. I would definitely use this team again for any future work as needed and would recommend them to friends. The project entailed work on our MB shower, as well as extensive LR ceiling repair/ finishing/ painting. The job was completed with minimal invasiveness to our family life (including children and pets) and was at budget and done sooner than expected. Great experience!
