My husband and I have been fortunate to have this gentleman renovate for us on two different occasions. Both times, he worked neatly and expeditiously, finished different rooms in our basement. This involved drywalling ( which includes strapping, taping, grouting and sanding), painting, installing ceiling tiles and preparing for electrical installation. He is a true gentleman and extremely trustworthy and a pleasure to do business with. We have built or renovated 8 homes and we know quality workmanship when we see it. James Bond Contracting is one of the best in our experience. His estimates in both cases were exactly what we paid for the finished product.

we used James Bond for a laundry room reno after our parents recommended him. he did a wonderful job, when our appliances were delivered from the brick, the guy said what a professional looking job he'd done. we were very happy with james & what he did.....we have many more projects we will use him for. 007 with his license to kill...Killed it!! Our Laundry reno went perfectly. James came to the house to survey and had suggestions that I had not thought of, provided a quote and a start and end date. All of which were accurate. He came in on time and on budget. He is professional, imaginative and thorough. He knows what looks good and looks bad and wants not just his work, but the property as a whole to benefit from his expertise. He has the foresight to know that if something doesn't look right for the property, he won't do it. He is collaborative and accommodating. My next project will be to build an en suite so he can live with us to do more work...maybe not, but I highly recommend James Bond.

Richard ( James Bond Contracting ) did a complete renovation of our master washroom in 2020. The project included enlarging the shower and removing a built-in raised tub with a free standing tub, new vanity etc. The workmanship ( tiling / drywall / trim / plumbing etc ) was always first rate resulting in a great finished product. Richard is easy to work with and open to your requests as well as offering his own views on the what would look good. His experience shows and he takes no short-cuts in the way he prepares floors ( underlay ) for tiling, waterproofing shower area etc. Would strongly recommend the services of Richard Bond / James Bond Contracting.

Meeting James Bond was one of our luckiest days. We had just moved into a dated condo and needed some major renos. He did a total makeover of an ensuite bathroom which looks fantastic. Then we did an open concept kitchen/living room which involved removing several walls and all new floors. His work ethic is amazing and he even tidied up after himself every day before leaving. He has done several projects for neighbours and I know they are pleased too. We highly recommend his services.

James installed crown molding and wainscoting in our condo apartment. He is very particular about doing the job correctly, making sure everything fits perfectly, he did an excellent job. He also, painted the whole apartment with no mess. We were very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him for any project you have. An A-one contractor!!
