JL Clements does great work and they stay within budget. They are prompt, professional, honest and responsive to their customers. They have an excellent team with a high level of knowledge and experience. They are perfectionists who won't finish a job until it is done to the absolute best of their abilities.

I have contracted J.L. Clements Construction several times...starting when the business was first established in 2007 until this last project, my largest to date...the professionalism and the quality of the jobs have been top notch...The owner, Mr. Shane Clements, is a hands on person, very knowledgeable and VERY patient...I am one of those clients that always wants to why, when and how?? He was always aware of the budget and would offer different alternatives, if things began to sky rocket. His tradesmen were on time, professional and courteous and if there was an issue the communication was first rate...I would highly recommend J.L. Clements Construction and will definitely use them again...attached are some pictures from our recent project.

Our project with JLClements Construction was an extensive renovation involving an addition of new space by partially raising the roof, and renovating both interior and exterior areas of the house. It was a pleasure to work with Shane, Alayna and their crew , in particular, Lou, Tony, Alex and Bill, who were on this project from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable , respectful and helpful. Shane was attentive, visiting the site almost if not daily. He was open & responsive to our questions and concerns and had a very good eye for detail and design. We were very pleased with the outcome, including the quality of the work, and have received many positive comments We would not hesitate to recommend or use Jl Clements Construction again.
