I recently completed a large renovation of my 1935 era home with John Gilbert of John Wesley Hammer Construction and his team. The kitchen, master bath, and family room were reconfigured, the study had new windows and hardwood flooring, and two smaller bathrooms were gutted and updated, in addition to various other improvements. All this while I lived in the house! The result is better than I could have envisioned. The work is top quality. John and his team addressed, rather than dismissed, those unexpected issues that come with renovating an older home.
