Lake Anna Timber Homes is a full-service custom building company serving the area in and around Lake Anna, Virginia. From design through move in day, we work closely with our clients to create unique and beautifully crafted living spaces. We have experience building both conventional homes (stick built) as well as timber framed homes. A timber frame home is different than a stick built home in that the beauty of the structural timber frame is exposed on the inside. Matt Benes, the owner of Lake Anna Timber Homes, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University and has been in the building business for over 30 years. As an Independent Representative for Ohio's Timberpeg for over 23 years, Matt has designed and built over 30 custom timber framed homes. In 2005 he and his family moved to Virginia where they love both the climate and the natural beauty of the area.
