We are an independent construction firm and our goal is to represent the property owner's interests. Over the past decade, the average insurance company only offers 50 cents on the dollar, for fire and water damage claim settlements. This scenario is not improving, matter of fact it has gotten worse, as insurance companies are finding or creating more loopholes to undervalue their claim disbursements. Most home and property owners are completely unaware of such low-ball offers from their insurance companies, and have either no prior experience, or reference point to guide them. As an independent construction firm, we write our estimates and appraisals in a (thorough and professional manner.) Since we utilize the same estimation software and price list that most insurance companies use, We have found the major difference to be in the scope of work development. Meaning, ( many insurance companies simply write incomplete or an inadequate scope of repair.)
