I am a designer based in San Diego and have collaborated with MMD Construction on a rather large, extensive remodel. Working with knowledgeable and experienced contractors is key to making a project this size successful. Milan is awesome to work with, follows through, knows his craft and returns phone calls! To me, that is priceless. I honestly would prefer to work with him and his team over any other General Contractor in San Diego.

MMD has built 2 homes for my family in rancho Santa Fe. Both homes where over 8,000 square feet and where extremely cut up and detailed. These homes required lots of attention to detail and special attention to all aspects of building. We are very happy with our homes and would not use anyone else

Milan at MMD was a pleasure to work with. Knowledgable and attentive to our wants and needs. When approached with an expensive wish list. Milan helped us navigate the most important things to keep and stay in our budget range. I would recommend him to anyone. Our biggest complaint was largely our fault not making decisions on time resulting in delayed scheduling.

If you’re on Houzz looking for the best contractor for a custom home build look no further. I worked as a PM for Milan for many years and there is not a contractor who cares more about their clients needs, the success of the project, and the quality of the craftsmanship put into that project. All his projects are extremely well thought out and his cost for labor and materiel are fair. Milan and his team know the ends and outs of very complex projects so you can rest assured that your dream project will become a reality. Milan and his team excel at working with architects in the beginning stages of the project to insure the project starts out on the right foot. If you are building a custom home it’s very important to get the correct builder. Call MMD today to get that builder and let them take the hassle and headaches of building a home off your plate.

I've had several friends/clients who've worked with MMD and they rave about the quality of their work, their attention to detail, and respect for their customers' time. Milan Djokich is incredibly talented and innovative in his work. He is extremely honest, very thorough and has great vision for making things happen. We’ve seen Milan work on many of our homes and each time we have been truly amazed by his ability to complete difficult projects in a timely manner.
