“Michael was a pleasure to work with, he rebuilt a full kitchen, a wet bath and master bath. In addition, raised a ceiling, reworked beams that came out beautifully and just overall added great suggestions to the design process. He was attentive from the very beginning in listening to my ideas and concerns and providing a detailed budget to the follow through on the project. His crew Jon and Mikey were fantastic dealing with two people and a dog living in the reno space. They worked with me on many of the design aspects and purchasing materials that were quality and cost efficient. I am thrilled with the work that is done and look forward to work with them in the future.”

“Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. I especially appreciated the trash detail and clean up, which is a super important part of any reno job that many contractors don't take as seriously. “The best contractor I ever worked with. He remodeled my entire condo, both bathrooms, all floor, entire kitchen, all walls, removed pop corn ceiling , literally everything is brand new. It was a huge project and we were both nervous. But the owner (Saif) went above and beyond. He was always available, always responsive , professional , and most importantly, extemely honest. He goes above and beyond. He even went out with us to help buy materials we needed which made everything fit perfectly at the end. His crew is also so friendly. The whole process was a pleasure. We had extensive remodeling work done in the past with a different company and that experience left us so bitter and jaded, ao we went into this one with lower expectations but I was amazed at the difference with Antoon. Cant recommend them enough”

“Mike did a whole house window replacement for us. He is knowledgeable, and was very responsive from beginning of the project to final finishing. I can tell he has been in this business for long time and has real hands on experience. It was a major project or us, so we had many questions, and we just asked him. I highly recommend him, as he really knows all aspects of general contacting work, from sales, permits, planning, and to actual installation. His price is very reasonable, and we are very satisfied with the end result.”

“I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. If an opportunity arises, I would hire them again. -RD, Rancho Bernardo, San Diego”
