Avoid Cory Pickard and Montana Construction Works like the plague. I cannot stress it enough. One day I may find time to write all the gory details of why I came to this conclusion. Currently, I am too busy putting back together the pieces of the disaster Cory made. The guy is wretched. Avoid at all costs. (Andy, who works for Cory seems to be a really good guy. I don't have anything against working with him.)

l am sorry to hear that your project is not going well. When you had called our company, you had been working on getting your project through city approval for over a year. It had been your intention to general manage your own project, in order to control costs. We were happy to bring on professionals to get city permitting and were happy to bid the first phase of your project for you in order to get things underway. After completing the first phase that you contracted us for, things were turned back over to your management to help you control costs. Again, sorry to hear that the future phases have not gone well for you.
