Noth Star Restoration

I have to say I have never received the service that this company offers. They were very friendly and informative about my couches and area rugs that were being cleaned. But that's not the only thing I was impressed about. The way they made my couches turnout change colors from brown to white. surely needed that to be cleaned. Amazing service amazing work.

My bathroom flooded and it ruined the entire half of the house. I was really pissed off and I was angry when I was calling around for someone to come take care of the problem. The staff was very kind on the phone and took the time to calm me down and walk me through my options. The crew came out the following day and they were also very helpful. They were clean, professional, and quick. I felt like I left my house for a vacation and when I came back everything was just as before, except new. They took care of everything beginning to end. Never thought such a bad situation would end up so easy!!!

Ron and his guys over at North Star Water Damage Restoration are so unbelievably great to work with, from the quick response time and his guys showing up at the time they actually say they will (a rarity nowadays), to his follow-up and help with insurance companies. It's never fun to have to rip apart your house due to a flood, but Ron makes the mitigation and re-build process extremely easy. 100% recommend

They showed up on time were courteous and took the time to explain what they were doing. The whole process took about 5 days for a whole house cleaning plus drying time. They even gave us booties to wear around while the carpet dried.

The technician, Yaron, patiently explained to me what is needed to be done in order to save my home. I am so glad that I called this company because they made water damage less stressful for me and my wife. I highly recommend them if you ever have flood problem in your home

Highly recommended for emergencies. I had the unit above me leak on to mine and it caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. Yaron and his staff are very knowledgeable in these situations they got my flood under control extremely fast. Very professional very reliable from start to finish. Would definitely use again! I can't believe my house got flooded...I didn't know a broken pipe could do so much damage!!! I came home from work, and saw my 2 lovely doggies half wet laying on the couch. Apparently they had some fun with the water. I found North Star Restoration online and called them. They sent out 3 technicians right away. one of the technician told me that they need to extract the water right away because the water would cause mold. So I gave them permission and they started working right away.(It was 10 pm already) For the next few days, the crew dried up my home and I have to say I am very satisfied with their work. They are super professional, and really patient with all the questions I had. I don't think I will get another water damage ever again (what is the chance I will get 2 water damage right?) But if I do, I will definitely call them again.
