NPP was founded as a painting and plastering sole proprietorship. The success from this effort and participation in different construction projects over a ten year span of time encouraged Mr. Almaraz in May of 1986, under the Laws of the District of Columbia, to incorporate NPP as a General Contractor. For 45 years, businesses, institutions and government agencies have called NPP for their construction needs.
