ON TIME CONSTRUCTION

We are absolutely thrilled with the workmanship and professionalism that On Time Construction delivered for us in the two major and another minor projects they did in our home. We were building onto our new home and it was a pleasure working with David. He was so helpful especially through the designing phase, and even incorporated unique design ideas that we had seen and addressed every detail to ensure that we had the home we had envisioned. The renovations included adding around another 400 sq ft onto our current home, including a master bedroom, walk in closet and 3-piece bathroom. The additional interior changes were even greater, including upgrades to the furnace, plumbing, electrical, etc.. Long story short, the house looks amazing! Today, we have a beautiful home and new room that has always looked like it belonged! Thanks On Time Construction.

About 8 years ago we asked On Time Construction to renovate our two bathrooms, the whole process went amazing from consultation, design, installation. Starting off David did a great job walking us through the available options and what would work in our two small bathrooms. He accommodated each of our requests, even those that we did not talk about in the beginning of the project. We went with a subway-tile-looking acrylic for the ease of cleaning and maintenance. We were also excited to get a deeper bathtub, taller shower doors, and double compartment wall niches. The team did an outstanding job and was excellent with communicating what he would be working on each day and giving updates along the way. We especially appreciated On Time Construction team’s attention to detail.

After months of thinking of remodeling our home we contacted a few contractors, none of whom offered us a good alternative of design until we found On Time Construction. My wife and I needed a last minute remodeling of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and to get it done in under 3 months before our baby arrives. David perfectly understood our needs and was able to understand what we wanted and designed our dream home. He was also great with taking advantage of the space we had elsewhere and the projects were all done in a organized and timely manner. The workers were professional and the level of finish was truly breathtaking. I would highly recommend this company.

I moved into a house that needed everything fine tuned. On Time Construction skillfully painted the inside, outside, and installed vanities, performed small plumbing repairs, patched drywall, and has assembled and installed a new updated kitchen for us. David really got my vision for what I wanted the house to be and was able to translate that into a precise but easy to understand design that was an extremely beautiful. When you need it, he will hold your hand and walk you through every step, but if you know exactly what you want, he will be happy to help you achieve that as well. Thank you guys for your hard work!

I was deceived by the five stars reviews which I don't know if they were from real customers or not. I hired them to do a bathroom remodel, floor refinishing and painting job. Their estimate was the highest among all those companies I inquired. Because of the five stars reviews I thought that maybe their work quality is the best so I hired them. The 14 days job turned to be a more than 2 months nightmare. The first several days everything went well, then they started to take on other jobs and left my job aside. I didn't have toilet and shower for many days. They were non responsive some time. I decided to monitor their job later on. When I was on site, one of the workers kept chatting with me and asking about my private life instead of doing his work, or chatting with another worker and wasted a lot of time. The flooring guy left huge gap not refinished around the borders and corners of the rooms. The painting guy left places in the closets unfinished when they claimed the job done. They also tricked me into doing some electrical job. A one day job from permit application to the finish took 5 months. They tried to increase the price when they were finally on the site to do the job. The owner is very rude and unresponsive many times. Their staff changed a lot which caused poor management of the work. And I wonder why their staff keep leaving the company. After finally finished my job they didn't close the work permit with the city. That caused serious delay and big trouble when I was selling the condo. Choose another company! This company is not a good one at all.

My condo in Hoboken needed a refresh and my boyfriend contracted On Time Construction to refurnish our living room, kitchen, and completely redo the cabinets. The design team was amazing with their fresh ideas and modern take on my condo and the entire project took a few weeks to bring in the custom furniture (I LOVE them!!) wouldn't have been able to dream the space up myself. Overall love the firm and the designs, thank you On Time Construction!

My husband and I decided it was time to expand our home and add a bedroom and bathroom. This is our first time doing such a large project, and after much careful research we narrowed it down to 3 construction companies. The reason we decided to choose On Time Construction was because their price was fair, they were patient and met with us many times and they seemed the most knowledgeable. David was our project manager, and he walked us through every step of the way, starting from the plans all the way to picking out the finish materials. He was very patient with us and gave us a lot of insider tips which really helped us out! We were always informed of the schedule for the upcoming week, and if there were any changes they made it a point to inform us beforehand. The work itself came out beautiful! The workers did such a great job, you can tell they really knew what they were doing. On Time Construction really made this process smooth, painless and enjoyable!

We paid 30% of a contract for basement remodeling in July. Was told it was going to be 3 months, maximum 4 to complete. It is December and would you believe no renovation has been started? Would you believe they have not gotten our permits yet? Would you believe that the owner and his staff who most certainly have our money sitting somewhere don’t respond to us? Well, it’s the truth. Check out yelp. Make sure to ignore the fake five star reviews. We asked to cancel the contract and get our money back last month and they’ve just ignored us. Can’t make this up !

On Time Construction team were extremely professional and kept us informed every step of the way. They also provided several recommendations on places to go for everything we needed and every single recommendation was fantastic. We really appreciated how smoothly everything went and how clean the team kept the work area and the rest of the house (stairways, etc) after every day, even during demolition. This was our first major home remodeling project and we couldn’t believe how well it went and it was fairly stress-free! We really liked that they wanted us to have everything on site before starting the project too. The team did an excellent job with everything from demo to tile installation to the finishing touches of the hardware. We could not be happier with the entire process and the final product. We will definitely use On Time Construction for future projects.

On time Construction had designed my dining room in an excellent way. They provided me good service .even if we call for extra work after completion they come and do it as required. They listen to whatever we want and do it out with their experience and ideas they had adjusted all the requirements which way I needed for my dining room.

I had my kitchen remodeled in Jersey City by On Time Construction and I'm extremely happy with how it turned out. Their estimate is right on. Ours would always change because of the great ideas of the contractor would come up with. Every idea he gave us was perfect. Thanks for the magnificent service guys.
