Raimond and his crew were fantastic! They took great care of our house while redoing the whole exterior (siding, door frame, gutters, screened porch and paint!). They were very easy to work with and the result is amazing!

Rai has done several large and small projects around my house, his work is excellent! I had an appliance repair guy at my house while Rai was working on something else, the appliance guy diagnosed the problem, but was not able to fix it. Rai understood the issue even better and was able to make the repairs, which involved clogged drainage. On another project I had water issues in my basement, Rai not only repaired the damage in the basement, but diagnosed the drainage issue coming from outside. He put in French drains and redirected water fixing the long standing problem. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is Rai and his team take pride in their work and deliver quality, honest service. They deserve 6 stars!

Rai and his team did an absolutely amazing job on our kitchen renovation! We had a small kitchen with an even smaller adjoining breakfast nook that Rai turned into the kitchen of our dreams. This was a huge project including removing walls, ceilings and floors. We had several curve balls through out the renovation including tons of electrical work. Rai is very creative and had many suggestions throughout the project that we used. The team was extremely skilled and very detailed in every aspect of their craft. REDO was able to complete this huge project in two months. There was nothing that Rai and his crew could not do! We would absolutely use REDO Atlanta for future projects.

Rai and his team are exceptional. Everyone of them a perfectionist. I’ve been working with him off and on for five years and never been disappointed. Currently having the interior house painted and a complete build out of the basement. Easy to work with flexible concerning changes. I will admit to being a bit of a perfectionist myself and very picky about details they have exceeded expectations every time.

RE DO Atlanta is one of those rare finds where quality and dependability are always met at the highest level. Their team have pretty much become a part of our family after renovating our kitchen, pantry and 2 full bathrooms. Quotes are honored and rarely deviated from the invoice. Even when one of our renovations uncovered unplanned hurdles (one bathroom had the entire subfloor invaded in solid cement!), or supply chain issues required creative solutions. They work hard to keep your project on time and on budget. Special care is also taken to control debris from taking over the rest of your house. Also, their attention to style is so helpful. Raimond brainstormed stylistic solutions when we needed help.

We recommend Rai, because he did excellent jobs in our house. He is very proactive, responsible and present when the work is done. Very polite and clear. His crew is also great.

"Rai can do anything." This is what an engineer told us when he recommended RE DO Atlanta and Rai to us 2 years ago. We had a complicated job where our sunroom needed stabilizing and modifying. Not only did Rai and his crew do a great job on that, we later used them for a big renovation of our lower floor. (rec room, bonus room, bedroom, bath, laundry) Rai is so easy to work. He loves his work and it shows. The guys on his crew have a lot of pride in their work too and are very pleasant to be around. These guys come early and are ready to work! Rai came quickly to our rescue this summer when we had a plumbing disaster that could have required a complete trashing of our kitchen, etc. The floors had to be ripped out. However, his crew painstakingly saved our granite counter tops and cabinets, which we certainly wanted. He worked well with our insurance adjuster and the sub contractors that were needed. His calm presence and flexibility made a stressful time much better. They also did a great job on a complete garage renovation recently. We would recommend RE DO and their great crew to anyone. Rai can indeed do anything.

I have to say, I have had numerous contractors over the years and Raimond at RE DO Atlanta has got to be my favorite. He’s personable, honest, polite and professional. His costs are fair and his team is extremely skilled and respectful of my property. With a lot of contractors, they can be a source of stress and frustration and you don’t like seeing them because of their unprofessionalism, bad work or gouging prices. Not the case with Raimond and his team. I actually look forward to seeing them because I know the work they are doing is quality and his core crew I would trust in my house without us being home. They are great people who do great work. He has really assembled a great team! We hired Raimond at the recommendation of a trusted friend who had used him several times before. Our home out of state had closed before our house here in Atlanta had closed and we were in temporary housing for 2 months -- not ideal when moving but there was no other option. Raimond knew the work we needed to have done before we moved in and they had 2 weeks to do this stage of the renovation – he and his team did an excellent job and they met the deadline and transformed this house! Since they did such a great job, we have hired RE DO Atlanta to solve drainage problems, plumbing issues, crawl space vapor barrier and ventilation, electrical, moving the laundry area, and the list continues. In an older house, there are tricky problems, but Raimond would find the solution. We have plans to have him re do both our bathrooms, build out our basement and help level our back yard by adding retaining walls. We look forward to working with him on these and other projects because the results are always great!

Rai and his crew did a full kitchen and master bath reno for us. It was a pretty massive project but their team did a great job and everything came out great. There was some extensive work done: rearranging walls in the bathroom, tearing out tubs and showers and completely replacing them. We had the entire kitchen gutted down to the walls and everything replaced including cabinetry. We worked with a cabinetry designer to get custom cabinets fabricated (Rai can introduce you I'm sure - highly recommend it). The project really modernized the house and I'm confident we will make the investment back if we ever sell. Highly recommend Rai and his crew at ReDo!

RE DO Atlanta just completed work on my house - before the house went on the market this week. Professional, clean, considerate, kind - these are the descriptors that immediately come to mind. On-budget and on-time, too. Owning a house and needing 25 relatively small & different jobs to be done can be a hard project to manage. RE DO came with the right supplies, the right attitude - and what they didn't have (i.e. paint colors) they went out and found. I didn't feel the need to 'supervise' the team at all - which is rare. Great group.

Working with Rai and RE DO Atlanta was a fantastic experience for my wife and I. This was truly our first experience in working with any type of home remodel or restore professional, so we were unsure of the process and what to expect. RE DO made the process easy for us as they were collaborative, extremely responsive, and clear exactly what they needed from us to do the best job that they could. Along the way, the team was also very clear and fair in terms of sticking to estimate and letting us know of reasonable add ons to consider once they dug into the work. At the end of the day, we had our entire home interior repainted, all of our floors refinished, some fixtures installed, and our kitchen backsplash done in about 2 1/2 weeks. And the end result has been fantastic -- no stone left unturned or resolved for. Would highly recommend RE DO Atlanta for your home projects. We already have a few more items in mind we'll be calling them shortly to address.

RE DO Atlanta has been doing great work for me for years. I have a couple of properties and they have done two bathrooms, a kitchen, a backyard fence and stairs/deck amongst many other project. The workers are professional and experienced and do excellent work. Rai is great to work with, listening to what the problem is, what the proposed solution is, and often contributing ideas to make the end result better without increasing the budget. The work has always been to budget and (so long as weather permits for outdoor things) on time. I highly recommend RE DO Atlanta!

Rai is very easy to work with, a professional, and does a great job. His estimates are accurate and, if anything changes, he discusses It with you before moving forward. We’ve used Re Do for two home projects in the past year, and would use them again!

I have just finished my second project with ReDo and Rai Briceno. They are very good and professional. They are good at estimating their prices and stick with it unless something comes up that neither of us anticipated. I will continue to use them as my "go to guy" for various projects at the house.
