REDO Atlanta

I highly recommend Rai and team. They renovated two of my bathrooms and delivered exceptional work - on time and per estimate/budget. I would definitely use them again.

The REDO Atlanta team is remarkable! Their work is top quality and the owner, Rai Briceno, talks his clients through every step of the project so there are no -- zero!! -- surprises. This was a first for me, a serial renovator. Rai and his crew were on time, on task, and on budget. They were so impressive that multiple neighbors have asked for his info -- the highest compliment. On top of all this, they are just plain nice. Thoughtful, kind, and patient. If I could give 10 stars instead of just 5, I would! Rai gutted a kitchen badly in need of a remodel located in the Kirkwood School Lofts, an old school turned into condos. Old buildings are quirky, and Rai's expertise really shined as he led the crew through the demo and replacement of all cabinets and appliances. He had two doors custom-built to fit with the interior and custom-built a cabinet for a washer-dryer combination. All are excellent quality and workmanship. Honestly, he's the best contractor I've ever worked with over nearly 40 years of large and small renovations. I can't speak highly enough.

Rai and his team at REDO Atlanta have been our go-to contractors for projects large and small since 2017. We have always been pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work. The many successful projects include building a back deck, house painting (both interior and exterior), sidewalk paving, gutter installation, drainage solutions, appliance installation and drywall repair. Absolutely the best!

We have used Rai and his team for many significant home remodelling projects, including 2 bathroom makeovers, external and internal damp-proofing, painting and decorating and landscaping. They are extremely professional and work quickly to a very high standard. Rai is extremely creative. He will consult and advise, and come up with ideas for improvements and ways to achieve things we had not even considered. These can often save money and he really works with the home owners best interests in mind. I thoroughly recommend Rai and his team.

Rai and his team communicate well, are pleasant to work with and deliver excellent outcomes. We highly recommend using them for your project!

Raimond and his crew did a great job on my fairly large repair. There were some unexpected issues that they didn't hesitate to take care of. I will definitely use them again for other projects.

Rai and the Redo team are the ultimate professionals. Rai’s quote was the most comprehensive and he had thoughtful solutions for creating space in our small house as well as a keen eye for safety. Once contracted the work was completed beautifully and on time with great communication. Our renovation is a dream come true for us plus I will be able to sleep at night knowing my house is safe. We are already looking forward to hiring Redo for the next project!

Excellent communication, advice regarding design and materials, and most of all craftsmanship. We had an appliance cabinet, cabinets, and shelving units completed. Employees were extremely courteous and always on time. Rai’s communication response time via text or phone was prompt. 100% will have work done again in future. Thanks Redo!

Raimond and his crew were fantastic! They took great care of our house while redoing the whole exterior (siding, door frame, gutters, screened porch and paint!). They were very easy to work with and the result is amazing!

Rai has done several large and small projects around my house, his work is excellent! I had an appliance repair guy at my house while Rai was working on something else, the appliance guy diagnosed the problem, but was not able to fix it. Rai understood the issue even better and was able to make the repairs, which involved clogged drainage. On another project I had water issues in my basement, Rai not only repaired the damage in the basement, but diagnosed the drainage issue coming from outside. He put in French drains and redirected water fixing the long standing problem. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is Rai and his team take pride in their work and deliver quality, honest service. They deserve 6 stars!

Rai and his team did an absolutely amazing job on our kitchen renovation! We had a small kitchen with an even smaller adjoining breakfast nook that Rai turned into the kitchen of our dreams. This was a huge project including removing walls, ceilings and floors. We had several curve balls through out the renovation including tons of electrical work. Rai is very creative and had many suggestions throughout the project that we used. The team was extremely skilled and very detailed in every aspect of their craft. REDO was able to complete this huge project in two months. There was nothing that Rai and his crew could not do! We would absolutely use REDO Atlanta for future projects.

Rai and his team are exceptional. Everyone of them a perfectionist. I’ve been working with him off and on for five years and never been disappointed. Currently having the interior house painted and a complete build out of the basement. Easy to work with flexible concerning changes. I will admit to being a bit of a perfectionist myself and very picky about details they have exceeded expectations every time.
