We undertook renovation of our home with Sage Homes from March 2015 to March 2016. We were completely dissatisfied with their performance as general contractor, and would never recommend them to anyone.

Sage Homes did a renovation on the home we purchased. They helped with the design which made it easy on us. They were personalized, flexible, and willing to work with us.

We appreciated Sage's attention to detail. Their subcontractors were also of the highest quality. We are very pleased with the result.

Paul Schaeffer of Sage Homes was contracted to remodel my kitchen. We were away all summer and Paul sent pictures of the progress via e-mail. It was great not to be living in our home when all the construction was going on! Paul kept in touch and made sure we were aware of the progress. He knew my financial limitations and did not try to talk me into anything I could not afford. When we returned, I gave Paul a list of little 'glitches' in the kitchen, and he came over to personally take care of them...things like mis alligned drawers. Also, I feel I can call Paul if I have questions about any household issues. I am very happy with my kitchen remodel. It is the open concept this house needed and I know it has added value to my home.

My wife and I purchased a home that was under construction from Sage Homes. The home was nearing a finish, and we asked for some changes and additions. Having been in the construction business my self I know that it is not fun to redo anything that has been completed. Not only did they follow through and complete everything in a timely manor, they did it all with a great attitude. The quality and detail of the home was very good. We are very pleased and would recommend them to any body considering them for there home or remodel project. You need someone who cares and we are sure that was the case with our home.
