I highly recommend Sunil for any jobs (big or small) because of his great craftsmanship, incredible work ethic and competitive pricing. We had to redo our bathroom due to a leak and when we approached him with this job, he not only quoted us a fair price he was the only one who committed to a specific date range. He knew our urgency on getting this fixed since this was a coop unit and ensured us that we would be able to rely on him completely from his end. And this was definitely the case time and time over during the course of the project when dealing with insurance issues and working with us to pickup our purchases from Lowes/Home Depot and multiple tiles shops (which he accompanied us on several occasions). One thing that I was truly impressed with was when during a pickup from Lowes they had given him the wrong tub and didn’t realize it until he brought it our place and he immediately drove all the way back to Lowes and dealt with it w/o any major involvement from us. Sunil is completely sincere and can be relied up when it comes to committing to a project or when he would make recommendations that would help us even though it may be a time consuming effort for him. He also always kept us on the loop or asked for directions when he came across any minor/major decisions that needed to be made and never took the easy way to ensure the completion of the job. We have gotten a lot of great compliments from our bathroom and one of my friends even hired him to redo his entire basement and is currently extremely pleased with the progress so far.

We hired Sunil to fully renovate our bathroom and he did an amazing job. We would recommend him for any home construction, renovation or repair work. The end result is beautiful. He was a professional and worked with all our requests and requirements. We live in a co-op and had to get board approval for many aspects of the renovation. Sunil was patient and helpful along the way in working with our co-op management and their requests. He stayed within the quoted budget and time frame and even worked with us when we wanted to add or change certain elements of the original plan. We will definitely be hiring him for future projects and recommending him personally to all our family and friends.
