This statement is completely false, you never had to sue our company, I did sell my cabin back in 2010 so that I could use the equity pay a lumberyard that changed their accounts recievable policy with 2 days notice and called in all bills with in 30 days or they would file liens on projects. You got a lien notice, informed me about it and I communicated with your husband exactly what was happening and gave him my plan to take care of the problem. I sold my cabin and used the equity to pay off all bills and protect my customers from harm. Most contractors, (in fact 83% of Minnesota general contractors went under in a 2 year period), claimed bankruptcy and left their customers holding the bag. I did not do that, I did the right thing and held my customers harmless, you were one of 3 that I was dealing with at that time with that same situation, I took care of them all, stayed in business and have been flourishing for years since this happened. Our customers have always come first for us and always will. Please talk to your husband and have him explain what actually happened this. This is false information and I really would appreciate it if you would retract it.
