Beware of this company. They never completed my bathroom & kitchen remodel...or explained why. Yes it was a pandemic year, but the phones still worked...and I never got an explanation. Very Disappointing.

I have hired US Pro Paint and Renovation for three different jobs since 2015. Two of the jobs involved prep, painting, and wallpaper removal in private residences (costs of about $5,000 each). One of the jobs involved painting and extensive carpentry work at a four building office condominium complex-at a project cost of about $30,000. On each of the projects, US Pro lived up to their pre-job estimates, completed the work very quickly, and did very high quality work. On each job, I inspected the property on their final day of work. Only on the condominium project did we end up with a punch list-and every item on that list was completed satisfactorily within 24 hours. US Pro has a large number of painters and carpenters on their staff, so they are able to sufficiently staff each of their jobs-and stay until they are done. No chasing after them to come back and finish the last 10% of a job. Additionally, the owner-J. R. Reis-is a very "hands-on" contractor, always reachable on his cell, very knowledgeable about painting and carpentry-and very professional i/n every aspect of his business. I can strongly recommend them for both big and small jobs.

Excellent craftsmanship, prompt and competitive pricing. They were there on time and cleaned up thouroughly after the job was complete. I have had them do two separate jobs and would hire them again.
