This company/individual had done a few repairs to rental property that I own. Recently I did a major rehab of one of the properties and made the mistake of using this individual. The work was acceptable in some areas and terrible in others. As an example, he installed ceramic tile in the bathrooms and extended it too far, so when you shut the doors, you can see the tile on the opposite side of the door. Additionally, some of the doors he hung are not square. You can see gaps when closing the door. But even more troubling than all that is that I soon learned that his word means nothing. I was given prices for each stage of the project and he would raise the price due to a "problem", but never disclosed the "problem" until AFTER the work was completed. I worked with 4 additional contractors on this project (cabinet installer, flooring contractor, plumber and drywall) and this guy, by far was the most difficult. Learn from my mistake...avoid unlicensed contractors and avoid this individual/company.
