I have been building and remodeling homes since 1982. I have built from the ground up 85 homes, an 18unit manufactured home park. I have a degree in Economics from the University of Alaska S.E. I am licensed and bonded. I can provide references from recent jobs that I have completed. One of my recent projects was to convert a detached garage into an apartment, complete with bathroom, fully appointed kitchen, w/d a nice bay window with a bench seat that has storage below.
