Jacob and his team from Proper HVAC are true professionals. Very helpful and friendly individuals who know what they're talking about and are not looking to make a quick buck. We had some issues with our heating and cooling systems at work, our caretaker specialist recommended to us that we needed to completely replace our units. I contacted Proper HVAC for the job and they came over and provided a complete replacement. They did a superb job. They recommended rerouting some of the venting to achieve better airflow through the house. (They are engineers by trade.) Success! The work was efficient; the installation went smoothly; the workers were very courteous, and the clean-up was excellent. I highly recommend Proper HVAC based on price, quality, efficiency and the reliability of their work.

From our initial contact with David until the day of delivery and installation, our experience was fantastic. We got 3 estimates for a new furnace and air conditioning unit in our 35+ year old home. We knew it was going to be a big, important investment and we knew we needed to get it done. David answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable and informed. He scheduled our service and even checked in at our home in person the day of install. David and team arrived punctually a few minutes before 9:00 am and worked all the way through the work day without even breaking for lunch. They were polite and very unobtrusive. I could hear them occasionally from the basement bantering jovially throughout the day and breaking into song along with their radio. Honest, friendly, and fast service. Our furnace was constantly cycling on and off. Another company told me we needed a whole new system and quoted me thousands. Eddie from Proper HVAC came by and identified the problem was simply a bad limit switch. He had a new part for me the next day and everything is running great now. I know who I'll be calling next time if have a problem!

After calling his company for services about an unknown problem, he arrived within 15 minutes with all the right tools, knowledge and attitude. Of all my experiences with other technicians, his style of operation is definitely unique and efficient. He started off with a diagnosis, physically showing me the source of the problem and explaining the why's and how's of the situation. Had Proper HVAC out to do my annual service. Jacob was prompt and took all precautions necessary with to make me feel safe with Covid. He was extremely positive about life and wanted to be the highlight of my day! was such a refreshing energy to be around with everything going on. We turned on the furnace together to make sure it was working since this is the first time this year. Unit did not come on properly and he immediately identified the issue and guided me through his diagnosis process. He evaluated the whole unit and gave me options. We chose the bandaid option since finances are tight this year. Was very polite and clean! Very trustworthy and showed me all old parts and replacement parts with lots of pictures. Thank you:)

Our forced air heater stopped working. We called Proper HVAC and they answered the call almost immediately. Steve diagnosed the problem over the phone. He found the part and they had it installed the very same day. They were in and out in half an hour. I was very impressed with their professionalism, promptness and fees. If we unfortunately ever need repairs again we are definitely calling them.

Above and Beyond! During on the hottest and busiest summer weeks, Adam went out of his way to make sure that a local women's and children's homeless shelter received air conditioning service fast. The tech was very professional and systematically went through the diagnostics and the end result was that we saved hundreds of dollars. The tech was here for almost 2 hours and the charged reasonable and less than I am sure it cost Adam to do the job. We are very grateful and would highly recommend Proper HVAC.

We recently had Proper HVAC for removal of old ducts & Installation of New Ducting. All of the Damppering of ducts was impressive. It balanced our Forced Air through out the house almost perfectly... After the blown in insulation was done, I took my first reading of 47.2 degrees. The best we ever had was 52, on a mild day. There timeliness, planning and organizational skills are amazing. Everything organized and well planned. Mark and Steve thank you so much. We are very happy and highly recommend them to anyone. Great Job.

When my 25 year old AC unit stopped working I called Proper HVAC. They were very prompt at sending out their technician. My old unit was completely out, and the coolant was very leaky. The technician Eddie suggested that I replace the unit. I decided to go with it and since I was in hurry to get it installed, they managed to squeeze me into their schedule and sent their installation team within a couple of days. The install job was pretty complex, given it was a pancake unit in an apartment. Eddie very knowledgeable and got it done on time as promised. Their technicians are usually on time and arrive within the first hour of the window that is provided. Their on-call customer support team is also very responsive and accommodative of any last minute changes. Excellent job.

Proper HVAC are Superstar Heater/AC Problem Solvers! For the past 10 years, I been using this company for our rental properties and have had nothing but great experiences and results from them. They have done everything from repairing to replacing Heating Units and I highly recommend their services to any individual or business owner looking to have extremely competent technicians who are very proactive in preventing problems by identifying any possible future issue but at the same time will never price gouge or recommend unnecessary services or products.
