My side by side Sub Zero fridge just stopped working. Suspected that it needs a new compressor and the person who spoke to me gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to replace which turns out to be more than a new product. Can't vouch for the quality of their work, but was impressed by their approach. The guy was even extra quiet when he found out my son was taking a nap in the next room. We have used them in the past and always been pleased with the service. They set us up an appointment for Saturday like we requested. The technician Victor came out and he took a look at our dishwasher. He said that she was in great shape for how old she was, and I agreed. I told him how I felt about new appliances, and he agreed. After giving her a thorough inspection he told us that the hose were old and getting worn and one of them had started leaking. He gave us the option of replacing that hose, or he said that he could replace several parts that were looking worn, minor stuff that would help keep her washing dished for years to come. We opted for the second option, and I am so glad we did. The old girl is running like new again, and I was really impressed by how reasonable the final bill was. We thanked Victor and got his cell number so we could call him directly next time. He told us it was a pleasure meeting us, and if we ever needed anything to give him a call personally, and if he could he would take care of it for us. That is the kind of service companies use to offer. It is really refreshing to see a company that still cares about the customers.”

After being on hold with them for almost an hour they informed me that they could have a repairman out to our place in about a week and a half. I told them that were unacceptable, and they said that was the best that they could do. My brother told ne to call Los Angles Appliance Repair. He told me that he had used them several times tin the past and he said that they were a great company. I called them up and told them it was an emergency. They said they could have somebody over to the house by tomorrow. I could not believe it. True to their word they had Tony out at our house the next day around 4 pm. He took a look at the dryer, and told me it was a fuse that blew out in the back, and he had the fuse with him that we needed. I was stunned. He swapped out the fuse and the dryer hummed to life. What a lifesaver. We would have been buried under a mountain of laundry in no time if it wasn’t for Tony and the good people at Los Angeles Appliance Repair. They are defiantly our new Service Company from now on.”

And a big plus--I didn't have problems getting through to them. Jerry came out the next day and he was very efficient and thorough. Ends up my machine (which I "inherited") isn't worth the repair as it's too old. Jerry was honest with his assessment and answered all my questions. He was able to temporarily fix it to hold over while I work out getting a new machine. They actually didn't make much money off me, but I will definitely be using them in the future as they are helpful, honest and knowledgeable in a wide range of appliances.”

“I own several restaurants, and if it is one thing I have learned over the years is do not cut corner on quality, so all of my kitchens have Viking ranges. Not to sound like a commercial, but Viking Ranges are simply the best, most dependable ranges, in my opinion. So the other night the manager of one of my LA restaurants called me to tell me that they were having a problem with one of the Viking 48 Inch Pro-Style Gas Ranges, and they were having an event in 2 days on Friday night, and they would need every available range to get through the night. I told him to call my friends at Viking Appliances US and set up an appointment. I have used this company in the past, and they do great work without making you wait 2 weeks for an appointment. He called them up and sure enough they had a technician out the next day. He looked over the Range, and returned in the morning with the necessary parts to fix the unit. We had the unit up in running in time to use for the event, and everything went great. Viking Appliances Us is a really great service company, they have well trained technicians and when you have an emergency, they go out of their way to get you back up and running right away.
