I first use Jason and HomePro Audio to do a home theatre system for me and to simplify the remotes and operation of the system. It turned out so well, that I had him update our video system at our weekend cabin. Once again, it could not be a better installation. We have had some vandalism issues at our cabin and I had Jason install security cameras which video anyone coming onto our property, but also sends me alerts in real time. Hired to fix a audio system, then sold me a Control4 Home Theater Home Automation System. Very prompt to sell and install equipment, however worst customer service experience ever. After months and months of contacts, where I had to run around and do the labor and he attempted to do things remotely, ended up hiring another dealer to get my system functional. The problem had nothing to do with what he was doing remotely. Had he made any effort to physically do a service call, the problem would have been resolved. Sells equipment he's unable or unwilling to service. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Jason and his company moved mounted my new flat screen TV above the fireplace so that no wires are visible. My receiver and DVR are located in the coat closet by the front door. It works great and adds a lot of space in my living room since we don't have to use up wall and floor space for the TV.
