My Husband and I have purchased many homes in the past and found that dealing with Bill with Biles Construction was a very enjoyable process! We found our house while it was still under construction and knew immediately it was the one we wanted after looking and looking and looking. Many homes in our area were not the style that we wanted but Bill had already chosen materials we loved and that were modern and beautiful. Bill made the process very smooth and easy from the get go, explaining how he liked to do things and followed through on all of our requests. Even after closing he continued to finish our punch items in a timely process and is always there if we have any questions i this day. If you are in the market for a new home, Bill Biles is your guy. If we ever decide to move, he will be building our next custom home.

We bought the 2015 Parade of Homes house and could not be more pleased! Bill Biles has an eye for detail!!! He is very easy to work with and anytime we have questions regarding our home, he is quick to respond. We have people tell us over and over again how beautiful our home is. We could not agree more!!
