We purchased a home from Chanelle and Chris Harwood in the fall of 2016. We fell in love with the quality and beauty of the home immediately! After looking at other homes, it was easy to see that this home was exceptionally built! Every last detail was thoughtfully planned out and the quality of finishes in the home made it stand out. We bought our first house in Pagosa from the Harwoods. We were impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. This is what we were used to in Europe . No cutting corners, only the best and more durable materials. It may cost a bit more, but Chanelles houses have strong bones. We then relied on their expertise to remodel a ranch house we bought as an investment that needed a lot of TLC. Another superb job done and essential to get the property sold. The relationship kept on expanding and two years ago we bought a magnificent multimillion dollar home form them in a prime location. Chanelle knows how to build on the challenging slopes and terrain in Pagosa Springs. She has an outstanding and dependable crew that always get paid on time. And now we continue to enjoy her care for her little gems, long after they were sold to us. She helps us out on the spot every time we have an issue that needs to be addressed. Like with most construction be aware that it will always take longer than expected. But chanelle makes use of every day (snow or not) she can get a crew out. More importantly, she was everyday on the job site for all our home constructions and renovations. We highly recommend Chanelle Homes.

Channelle Harwood builds an impressive and exceptional custom Home. Her high standards are evidenced by her selecting the quality materials and high end subs. Just as importantly, she stand by her work and her product. After we moved in, there were some small items to be completed or repaired. She responded immediately with no questions asked. We love our home as much today as the day we moved. She positioned our strategically on the wooded lot in order that we can see the vast Rocky Mountain range through the walls of glass.
