His recommendations were well thought out and usually spot-on. Chris built our home in Santa Rosa Ridge. We have built over 12 homes and he was so easy to work with. The quality of craftmanship and his responses to our requests were met and exceeded our expectations. He kept us informed all the way and did NOT go over budget. Amazing. Would highly recommend him.

CMT Taylor did an excellent job on my house on the bay here in Destin. The workmanship was great with the majority of the sub-contractors very responsive to our needs and changes. Chris and Paul are great to deal with and have provided continual support as we have made some changes after the project was complete. Deadlines were met and budgets were maintained noting the typical change orders that occur in building a custom home. In 2013 and 2014 CM Taylor Contracting built a home for me and my wife .It was a very positive experience. CM Taylor Contracting did exactly what he said he would do from day one to the completion of the project. He built the home on time, did not shot cut anything and came in on budget.
