About Us

Dan Daly Construction is a fully licensed General Contractor that has been doing business in the San Francisco Bay Area for 28 years. The owner, Dan Daly, started building single family homes in San Francisco in 1986. Over the next three decades, the company has expanded to also include reconstruction in condos, apartments, and commercial buildings. The experience and knowledge gained from the variety of completed projects allows Daly to provide clients with a full understanding of their project and what to expect during the construction process. His son, Connor Daly, is in his fourth year working full time with the family business. With a B.S. in Civil Engineering from U.C.L.A. (2010), and a M.S. in Structural Engineering and Construction Management from Stanford (2011), Connor brings his formal education and technological skills to the company. Dan Daly Construction specializes in exterior reconstruction: windows, siding, stucco, chimneys, foundations, and interior improvement: renovations, remodels, additions, extensions. They work with homeowners to ensure communication is clear, deadlines are kept, and expectations are met at the end of the job.
