We are a custom modular builder. We do turn key modulars in a 50 mile radius of Lake Ariel PA.

Services Provided

I help clients get their floorplans worked up, Give suggestions when needed, and help them get into their new modular quick and easy. We do decks, porches, screened rooms, sun rooms, garages etc. Any custom option is available and done by our in house crew of 10 years. With many having 20 plus years experience in their field.

Wayne, Pike, Lackawanna, Susquehanna, Monroe, Carbon, Luzerne, Wyoming, Counties. We will generally go about 50 miles from Hamlin Pennsylvania.

Commented: Family Room Nightmare!!I agree with most of the people here. First things would be remove the plants and add an area rug. Then a large black or dark metal framed mirror on the back wall would look really nice.
