After retiring, my husband and I searched for several years to find a property to build a modern farmhouse in the country surrounded by hills and scenic views. We were lucky to find the perfect setting and just as lucky to connect with Jarod Lawver and his team for our build. What a trustworthy, innovative group! They guided us through the entire process, listening to and incorporating our ideas (even a huge wildflower meadow) into the design. Jarod offered many creative suggestions and cost-saving alternatives. Our questions and concerns were always addressed. The entire team was professional, patient with us, and courteous. Jarod’s responsive, down-to-earth attitude was very helpful. Despite the craziness of building during a pandemic, the team completed our project on time and on budget. The results are amazing with plenty of natural light from the beautiful windows, hardwood floors, shiplap, and a gourmet kitchen! Our home is everything we’d hoped for; we are so grateful to Jarod and his team for making our vision a reality! We have been living here a year, and Jarod and his team are always available for our questions and follow-up maintenance. We would definitely recommend their services to everyone looking to build!
