I hired Legacy Homes of Medina after visiting many of the local builders models, attending the parade of homes in Medina and other counties in Ohio and meeting John and his team for well over 6 months. I decided to work with Legacy based on their creative approach and willingness to think and create out of the box features that differentiate their work as well as Johns candid approach to the process. I am currently nearing completion of my project and would recommend Legacy Homes of Medina to anyone who wants to break out of the typical cookie cutter approach to home building and create a home that is unique and done with quality and character in mind. Not only was John extremely helpful while building my home but his staff is top notch. "Responsive" would be an understatement as each went the extra mile to accommodate my every request. John and his team’s field experience and subcontractor relationships made the process simple and they stayed on schedule. John’s attention to detail, focus on aesthetics and his overall vision for the space produced a stunning and beautiful home. It is highly functional and reflects our lifestyle.
