If and when we build another new home, we will only build with Frank Maida and his tradespeople. Frank is not only a true professional, but he is also a very talented builder with both a sharp eye for details, without losing the intent of the entire finished home. Our home build started and finished on time - as Frank said it would. He has a great wealth of ideas but is also willing to listen to my ideas, and is flexible enough to find the best options for the completed project. Frank has a terrific panel of tradespeople. They too are professionals, who are on time, easy to talk to, very skilled, and most of all the entire crew (under Frank's organizational skills) have shown quality in their work.
